Each of us is born with certain abilities and talents. Then, through socialization and well-meaning guidance — for example, from parents, teachers, or the school and educational system — we are shaped to conform to certain standards. In the process, we often forget who we truly are or can be—discovering this and developing our own authentic personality is at the core of my work.

As a systemic coach, Claudia Brinkmann combines methods of psychosynthesis with systemic aspects of counseling and scientific insights into personality development. Unlocking each person’s potential while addressing inner blocks, wounds, and limiting beliefs is just as much a part of this process as strengthening and nurturing individual resources.

Love and the shared journey as a couple constantly require renewed courage and inner growth. In couples therapy, I guide couples in bringing individual freedom, as well as togetherness and love, back into their relationship.
